Hong Kong Rope Skipping Elite Championships is a major sports event in the field of rope skipping in Hong Kong. The event aims at providing a chance for rope skipping enthusiasts of different backgrounds to exchange insights and skills through competitions so as to advance rope skipping skills of the participants and showcase the benefits of rope skipping on health to Hong Kong people. There
are 2 major events: Master and Team Competition. The competitions comprises of a thorough examination on the jumping speed, skills and endurance of the participants as well as the cooperation among members in a team.

Education, 10 Lo Ping Road, Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong
Activities: Master event and Team event for Hong Kong
advanced skippers. It is also a selection for Hong Kong delegation
team member.
